To those of you who have been waiting for another batmemes, we are truly touched. And so are you, probably, a little anyway. But after years of procrastination, it has found a way back.

Batmemes first came into being …we can’t remember exactly when, almost the beginning of the millineum in 2000. It was written in visual basic and only ran on windows.

Batmemes today has risen on the web and be can be run on any platform and most browsers. It’s not really designed, by its nature, to fit on small screens. It’s more of a desktop application. And outside the browser, desktop versions are coming as well, for Windows, Mac and Linux. For standalone exploration.

It took a sizeable chunk of focus and flow in June to bring this about, but it was also rewarding. It’s hard to draw the line sometimes between staying on track and taking the time to explore something deeper, just using the track as an abstract touchstone.
