I've used this on and off since 2006, and I have to say, whenever I'm going off the rails, this audio helps get me back on track. I had a rough day today, full of chaos and a lot more noise than I would have liked, I had a headache, even, and this not only killed the headache but put me back in a state of calm. Thank you for this little lifesaver.

It's been working wonders for me, but I recommended it to a friend and he reported "about twelve minutes in it seemed to continue to grow in volume until it hurt my ears and it left me with a headache". He didn't touch the volume control however, so there still might be a few kinks for some people. I still recommend trying it though, because for me it works great!
